INLAND Division

The Office Manager will oversee the general administrative function and activities of the divisional office.

  • Oversees the daily work activities of the Divisional office.
  • Knowledgeable of basic construction techniques concerning gas construction.
  • Ability to meet time sensitive deadlines as an effective team member.
  • Must have a natural ability to establish and maintain harmonious working relationships amongst all individuals at the Division.
  • May handle or assist with discipline and termination of employees in accordance with company policies.
  • Maintain a close working relationship with the Corporate Human Resources Department to remain current on all Human Resources related topics pertinent to the Divisional operations.
  • Must have a current, valid driver’s license with clean driving record

  • Receive and disseminate information from incoming phone calls, faxes and emails.

Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To

Job Summary: The Billing Supervisor will lead and manage a team of billing specialists who are responsible for sending invoices to clients and collecting payments.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

  • Interviews prospective employees and chooses the best applicant based on skills, knowledge, and abilities required for the job.
  • Trains and oversees employees involved in billing functions.
  • Directs assigned tasks and provides assistance as needed.
