Scott Mazo is a Human Resources executive with a track record of delivering extraordinary results during challenging times. He has a demonstrated success leading enterprise-wide change initiatives.  He’s an energetic self-starter with excellent analytical, organizational, and creative skills. His areas of expertise include strategic planning, performance management, organizational design, leadership development, employee relations and full-cycle recruitment. He has global experience supporting operations in Brazil and Mexico.  He has a proven ability to motivate and work effectively with diverse employee populations.  He has an expertise in legal compliance.  He’s known as a builder of high-performance teams.  He brings nearly 30 years of human resources experience in multiple industries, including construction.  He is a proud graduate of Claremont Graduate University where he earned a master’s degree in human resources management and now teaches there as an adjunct professor.
