OFFICE ASSISTANT
Industry leading underground utility construction contractor is looking for a full-time job packet reconciler to work out of the Chatsworth, CA. location. The job packet reconciler will be responsible for reviewing and correcting documents that correspond with underground installation of gas pipeline. The ideal candidate will be highly motivated, eager to learn in a fast-paced environment & possess the ability to work under strict deadlines. Applicants residing in close proximity to work location is strongly desired. Professionalism, dependability & ability to arrive at work on time a MUST.
RESPONSIBILITIES include but are not limited to:
• Audit job packet information submitted by field personnel which includes; reading & correcting construction drawings / prints, as-builts, parts & materials lists, etc.
• Interact with field personnel to resolve incorrect or incomplete information in job packets
• Data entry
• Email, copy, scan
• Communicate with office & field personnel on an intelligent level
• Occasionally drive a company vehicle to the field for measurements verification
REQUIREMENTS:
• Microsoft skills (Outlook, Word, Excel)
• Must be able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
• Able to work well under time pressure to meet deadlines.
• Demonstrate attention to detail and ability to read & communicate in English.

out of the Chatsworth, CA. location. The Field Coordinator will travel via company vehicle to assigned
locations to apply ground markings in preparation for underground installation of gas pipeline. The ideal
candidate will be highly motivated, eager to learn in a fast-paced environment & possess the ability to work
under strict deadlines. Applicants residing in close proximity to work location is strongly desired.
Dependability, on-time performance & the ability to communicate in a professional manner is a MUST!
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
− Must be 18 years of age or older
− Possess a High School Diploma or GED
− Must have a valid CA driver’s license
− Must pass a pre-employment drug screen
− Must speak, read, comprehend and write fluent English
− Must be able to prove your eligibility to work in the United States of America
− Must possess basic math skills such as adding, subtracting, and measurement
− Proficiency with a computer and software programs such as Word, Excel, Internet and email
− Must be able to maintain North, South, East, & West directional bearings at all times
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
− Prior work experience in utilities/construction or familiarity with Underground Service Alert highly desirable

WORK CONTEXT
Work is performed primarily in an outside environment. There is exposure to high vehicle traffic, domestic animals on private property, & public interaction. Field conditions outdoors are; varying weather conditions, walking on changing ground surfaces, sometimes wet surfaces, dust, and undeveloped terrain occasionally. Must wear personal protective equipment at all times.
