APL's Engineering Design groups provide engineering for electric utility underground distribution and communications systems, telecommunications underground conduit systems and natural gas underground distribution systems. APL uses the newest technology with AutoCAD 2000 and HP plotters to print clear and precise drawings.

Major conversion projects that involve the conversion of existing electrical overhead systems to underground.
New and upgraded underground system projects that are necessary when additional electrical capacity is required to serve new business and residential projects.
